Stay in the suggested posture for about 5 seconds. Bring the head back to the central position in a controlled manner. Wait a second, and then move the head to the left side slowly. You would feel the right side of your neck to be stretched. Hold this posture for 5 seconds. Return to the original position with head at the center. This completes one count of this neck wrinkle-lift exercise. Perform this exercise to a count of 10.
